Dozens of Attendees at Federalist Event Inflated to Hundreds by a Local Media Outlet

Cory Morgan at Alberta Fact Check reports that Cochrane Now's claim of "hundreds" attending Thomas Lukaszuk's Forever Canadian sign-handout event in Cochrane doesn't hold up. An attendee, Mike Meilleur, who is pictured with Lukaszuk in the original article, says only 80-90 people cumulatively attended, with video showing no more than a couple dozen present at any given time and a largely empty parking lot — not the "large crowd stretched across the parking lot" the outlet described.
