Referendum TPA Donation Roundup: Federalist and Nationalist Donations Decrease

Third-party advertisers on both sides of Alberta's independence referendum saw fundraising cool during the week of August 7–13, according to the latest Elections Alberta filings. Pro-independence group Let Alberta Decide remains the top fundraiser overall, while federalist-side TPAs also saw smaller contributions than in prior weeks. Combined TPA fundraising for the referendum has now topped $940,000 since Premier Danielle Smith announced the vote in May.
